Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the terms below. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

All digital products (including courses, workshops, and downloadable content) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Online Courses & Workshops

  • Live workshops:
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a refund or credit, at our discretion.
    No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • On-demand or recorded workshops/courses:
    All sales are final once access is provided.

1:1 Sessions (Coaching / Consulting)

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and may be counted as a used session.

Bundles & Packages

Bundles and packages (including combinations of courses, workshops, and/or 1:1 sessions) are non-refundable and non-transferable once any portion of the bundle has been accessed or delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent access and cannot be resolved

  • Cancellation of a service by us

Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us at info@vivainstitute.com  within 5 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting.
