Preparing for this Workshop
To get the most out of this workshop, we recommend choosing one current or persistent “heart-wound” or challenge to use as an example of how to use the Heart Mapping process in your daily life. Some examples of this might include:
-
a challenging relationship, a breakup, or separation
-
an unexpected or unwelcome event
-
a persistent worry or fear
-
a difficult crossroads
-
an argument that stings and repeats
-
job loss or employment uncertainty
-
feeling “stuck”
-
feeling angry and resentful about (fill-in-the-blank)
-
political fatigue
-
Please note: this workshop is not recommended for grief support if you’ve lost a loved one within the last 1-2 years; your grief is still fresh and deserves all the time it needs. However, if it feels right to you to attend, your heart is welcome.
