1:1 Session with Leigh Hopkins

This relaxation technique is adapted from the Bradley Method® of childbirth*, but you can use it anytime you’re in need of relaxing your body and mind. The Progressive Relaxation “Waterfall” Technique focuses on mental relaxation. Once you’re in a comfortable and relaxed position, press play.

What is a 1:1 Session?

Maybe you’re at a crossroads. There’s something on your mind and you need some insight about a problem you’re facing, or you’ve got a big idea and could use a thought partner. Maybe you’ve lost sight of the path 🍄 and are hungry for breadcrumbs.

Think of it as a “holistic coaching session.” These 60 minutes are as open or directed as you need them to be. We can use the hour for whatever you need.

Here are some of the ways people enjoy working with me:
