Connection Circles: March 1

Connection Circles are a monthly gathering designed to create a small, restorative pocket of calm and connection in the midst of life’s turbulence. The world can feel overwhelming, and we all carry that weight differently. If you’re losing sleep over global events or feeling anxious about what’s ahead, you’re not alone.

This 60-minute gathering meets on Zoom on the first Sunday of each month at 11 a.m. EST and the third Thursday at 3 p.m. EST, unless otherwise noted.

Together, we’ll explore simple, accessible practices to build steady anchors into your routine, with a playful twist: poetry readings, music, short videos, and other surprises to spark curiosity and joy. You’ll leave with grounding tools you can return to whenever you want more calm and connection.

At the heart of these circles is connection—being with others who know that calm isn’t about checking out or pretending everything’s fine, but about staying present from a more centered place.

Come as you are. Share what feels right. Leave feeling lighter and more grounded.

Ceremony

CEREMONY is an invitation to slow down, look deeper, and mark the moments that matter. This course offers a framework for creating meaningful rituals that honor life’s transitions. Whether you’re celebrating a new beginning, releasing what no longer serves you, or simply wanting to bring more presence into everyday life, CEREMONY will guide you step by step as you turn reflection into ritual and intention into your next right action.

You’ll explore the essential elements of ritual design and learn how to weave them into your own experiences in a way that feel both grounded and sacred. Through reflection, guided exercises, and examples drawn from diverse traditions, you’ll discover how to create ceremonies that are authentic to you and your values.

By the end of this self-guided workshop, you’ll have the tools to design your own rituals for any stage or event: a milestone, a loss, a creative project, or a quiet moment of renewal. CEREMONY reminds us that ritual doesn’t have to be elaborate to be profound—it simply asks us to pause, bear witness, and create meaning from your life’s events, big and small.

Automatic Writing: Self-Study

Automatic Writing is an invitation to surrender your conscious mind and enter new portals in your creative practice. Meditation. Channeling. Trance. Throughout history, automatic writing—also called psychography or Spirit Writing—has been practiced by writers, artists, and musicians as a way to release blocks, receive messages, and discover new channels in their work.

In an age when our lives are spent staring at screens, automatic writing brings artmaking back to the body and invites the language of the cosmos, the surreal, the soul.

This self-paced Self-Study course includes a pre-recorded video. If you prefer being community, check our Courses page for upcoming live sessions of this workshop.
